Exchange Policy

We have a 3-day exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you an exchange shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where you will receive your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and send you a replacement.

Return Policy

We offer returns on all our products, provided that:

- The product has not been used.

- The product is in its original condition and packaging.

All returns must be made directly upon receipt of the product by returning it to the driver and paying a 3$ delivery fees or in person at our store in Saida within 1 to 4 days of receiving the product.

Please note that the store reserves the right to decline any return request that does not meet the above criteria.
